If you cancel Pro, you return to Free (or Plus if you have a Plus purchase). All your workout history, templates, and plan data are fully preserved. You only lose access to the AI features.
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases". As long as you're signed in with the same Google Play account, your Plus purchase will be restored automatically.
